If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1.1 You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with the original packaging and all included accessories (such as cases, cleaning cloths, or tags).
1.3 Any sunglasses that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including scratches, lens removal, or frame adjustments) are not eligible for return or exchange.
1.4 Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased using a discount code above 30% off are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
1.5 Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2.1 Contact Us – Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
2.2 Wait for Approval – Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with further instructions.
2.3 Ship Your Item – If your return is approved, securely package your sunglasses and ship them to the address provided in our response. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2.4 Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3.2 It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
3.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
3.4 If you receive a refund and your original purchase included a free promotional item, the value of that item may be deducted from your refund unless it is also returned.


4. Exchange Policy

4.1 Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different color or a product of equal or lesser value.
4.2 If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.
4.3 Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
4.4 If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


5. Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
5.2 You must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item for verification.
5.3 Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item at no cost.
5.4 A replacement or full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the defective product.


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

❌ Sunglasses that have been worn, scratched, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Final Sale items or items purchased at a discount above 30% off.
❌ Gift cards or promotional giveaway items.


7. Return Shipping Costs

7.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
7.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
7.3 If your return is approved due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover all return shipping costs.


8. International Returns

8.1 We accept international returns, but customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees.
8.2 Hazel Tate is not responsible for customs clearance delays or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
8.3 International refunds will be processed in USD ($), and any currency exchange fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not covered by us.
